Processing and transit

Orders are normally prepared in 1–2 business days. Standard transit then takes approximately 4–6 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Tracking and delivery help

We provide a tracking number when the parcel is dispatched. If tracking stalls or a delivery appears damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us promptly so we can investigate and provide the appropriate remedy.

Where we ship

We ship only to addresses within the United States. Every US order receives free standard shipping.
